LEGACY
Our legacy

Four decades of resin chemistry. One standard of quality.

Founded in 1980 on India's west coast, Westcoast Polymers is a second-generation, family-led manufacturer of synthetic resins — and part of the same group as Asian Polymers, one of India's leading resin producers.

Two generations of resin scienceOur leadership carries a cumulative 50 years of experience in synthetic-resin research and manufacturing.
Group manufacturing strengthShared chemistry, quality systems, and supply capability across the group's west- and south-India operations.
Formulated to your processEvery grade is tuned to the customer's press cycle, substrate, and climate — not sold off the shelf.

PROCESS
How we work

From monomer to dispatch

An integrated line — segmented into procurement, production, quality testing, sales, and logistics — carries every batch from raw material to your gate.

01

Procurement

Certified raw materials — urea, melamine, phenol, and formaldehyde — sourced against incoming-inspection standards.

02

Reaction & synthesis

Temperature- and pH-controlled condensation in jacketed reactors, monitored end-point by end-point.

03

Quality testing

Every batch is checked in-house for solids, viscosity, gel time, and free formaldehyde before release.

04

Dispatch & logistics

Barrels and tankers scheduled to your production calendar, with a certificate of analysis on every consignment.

Research & development

Chemistry, advanced in partnership

We collaborate with leading academic institutions to keep our resin systems at the cutting edge — and back it with batch-level discipline in our own laboratory.
